Tray 1 is customer replaceable.

Print life is based on “typical” office printing with 5% coverage on 24 lb.
paper. Print life is not guaranteed and varies depending on usage habits.
Maintenance parts should only be replaced by an authorized service provider,
dealer, or the retailer where the printer was purchased. The warranty does not
cover the replacement of any maintenance parts after their life span.
