RF AGC Adjustment

Set the VFO-A frequency to 14.200 MHz in the
CW-USB mode.

Set the following controls as indicated:

: ON

ATT
]
: OFF
[
AGC
]
: AUTO
[
RF GAIN
]
: Fully clockwise

Connect the RF Signal Generator to the ANT
jack, then set the output level to +76 dBμ at the
14.200 MHz.

Connect the Digital DC voltmeter (high-Z) to
TP1016 on the MAIN Unit.

Adjust VR1001 on the MAIN Unit so that the
Digital DC voltmeter reading is “1.2 V ±0.2 V”.

Press and hold in the
[
F
]
key to save the new
setting and exit the alignment mode.
