TENSIONING OF ENGINE BELT
At correct tensioning of the belt, belt
deflection must be 5,5 mm after affecting
one belt by force of 25 N.
Adjust the belt tension to prescribed
value after loosening of the alternator
fixing screws (1, 2).
∗TENSIONING OF AIR-CONDITIONING
COMPRESSOR BELT
At correct tensioning of the belt, belt
deflection must be 7,5 mm after affecting
one belt by force of 25 N.
Adjust the belt tension to prescribed
value after loosening of the fixing screws
of the air-conditioning compressor.
TIGHTENING OF CYLINDER HEADS
Cylinder heads are tightened at cold
engine in the prescribed sequence.
Torque 160 - 180 Nm
Valve clearance 0,25 ± 0,05 mm
VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUSTMENT
Engine valve clearance is adjusted at
cold engine. The correct valve clearance
at suction and exhaust valves is
0,25±0,05 mm.
