V. Common fault analysis and possessing method of forklift
5.1 Drive system
The gear is too
noisy in driving
1. The gear clearance is too large
3. Short of oil in the gearbox
The driving
reversing has strong
rushing sound
1. The gear clearance is too large
The steering wheel
does not work
The oil pump damaged or fault occurred.
The rubber hose or connector is damaged or the pipeline is clogged.
Too low pressure of safety valve
Air exists in the oil line
The reset of steering gear doesn’t work and the locating leaf spring is
broken or weak in elasticity
Excessive inner leakage of steering cylinder
Low level in the oil tank
The suction pipe or oil filter is clogged
The guide sleeve sealing of steering cylinder, the pipeline or connector is
damaged.
1. The brake system has oil leakage
2. Air exists in the pipeline
3. The clearance between the brake shoe plates is not well adjusted
5. The brake pedal is not properly adjusted
1. The surface of worn location is hardened with foreign matter.
2. The baseboard is deflected or the bolt is loose
3. The brake shoe is deflected or incorrectly mounted
5. The wheel bearing is loose
