Knowing the Buttons
Button
Function
Power button
 Press and hold to restart, power off, or to
turn Airplane mode on or off
 Press to turn the screen display on or off
Home button
 Touch to return to the home screen from
any application or screen
 Touch and hold to use Google Search.
Back button
Touch to return to the previous screen.
Recent apps
button
Touch to see recently used apps.
Camera
button
 When the Camera app is open, press or
hold to take pictures
 Double-press in any screen to launch the
Camera app.
Volume button
Press or hold either end to raise or lower the
volume
NOTE: The positions of the Back button and the Recent
apps button are interchangeable through
Settings > Navigation key.
