lAssuredandnon-assuredbandwidths(type3)
Type3includesassuredandnon-assuredbandwidths.Ithastheassuredminimum
bandwidthandsharestheexcessbandwidthdynamically.Meanwhile,itisconstrained
bythemaximumbandwidth.Itisapplicabletotheservicethatrequiresservice
