N ote 1: C D P 80 C ontrol Panel can optionally be connected
to X 4 o r X 2 o n N M B C -0 1 u n it.
N ote 2: The bus m ust be term inated at both ends. AC 80
contains fixed term ination. Term ination on the first
N M B C -01 unit m ust be sw itched O FF.
N ote 3: N M BC -01 can also be the last ´device´ in the bus.
In that case term ination m ust be sw itched O N .
N ote 4: If G O P is the last device in the bus, term ination is
im plem ented w ith a jum per betw een the pins 2 & 3
o f X 2 .
N ote 5: In bus cable tw o parallel connected pairs are used
for 24 V D C . (R ecom m ended practise.)

The m axim um loop resistance of 24 V w iring betw een
G O P G raphical O perating P anel and pow er supply is 5 ohm .
(2.5 ohm for tw o panels.) The loop resistance of single
JA M A K pair is m ax 8.1 ohm /100 m .
N ote 6: The m axim um total length of the M odbus is 300 m .
N ote 7: The m axim um distance betw een C D P 80 and AC 80 is 30 m .
