Emax E1.2 circuit-breakers | 6 - Installation

Connection to the power circuit

The connection of a circuit-breaker to the power circuit is performed using the connection busbars of the

electric switchgear ﬁxed to the terminals of the circuit-breaker. The sizing of the busbars is speciﬁed by the

designer of the electrical switchgear.

IMPORTANT: it is possible to obtain different capacities for the connections by altering

the thickness and number of busbars in parallel.

The following tables provide some examples of the quantity and the sizes of the connections that can be used

for each type of circuit-breaker:
