Control Functions
Multi-function Display
The display includes the following functions:
Speedometer Odometer / Trip Meter / Engine Run Time
Digital Clock 2WD/4WD/LOCK Indicator
Battery Voltage Fuel Gauge
Gear Select Display
High Beam Indicator
The high beam indicator will illuminate when the high beam headlight switch is
selected.
Coolant Temperature Warning Indicator
When the coolant temperature reaches a specied level, the coolant temperature
warning indicator will illuminate to warn you the coolant temperature is too hot. If the
indicator comes on during operation, stop the engine as soon as it is safe to do so
and allow the engine to cool down.
ADJ Button
This button is used to select ODO, TRIP A and TRIP B.
This button is also used to adjust the time and reset the trip meter.
Mode Button
This button is used to select km/h, mph, km and mile.
This button is also used to adjust the time and reset the trip meter.
Tachometer
The electronic tachometer allows the operator to monitor the engine RPM and keep it
within the power range. When the key is turned to the “ON” position, the tachometer
will illuminate once and then goes out in order to test the electrical circuit.
NOTE: Do not operate the engine above the 8000 rpm or above range.
EFI System Indicator
Check engine lamp will illuminate when the EFI system has detected a fault.
Neutral Gear Position Indicator
Neutral Gear Position “N” will illuminate when the vehicle is shifted into the neutral
gear position.
EPS Warning Indicator
The EPS warning indicator will illuminate momentarily when the engine starts, then
goes o in one second. If the warning light illuminates any other time, it indicates the
ECU or actuator has malfunctioned. Stop driving the vehicle immediately and take it to
an authorized ARGO dealer for service.
