General Lubrication
Cables
Under normal use, the cables do not require lubrication. However, it is advisable to
lubricate the ends of the cables periodically with a quality cable lubricant.
General Maintenance
Engine Oil Level Inspection
1. Engine Oil Inspection Window
2. Maximum Level Mark “H”
3. Minimum Level Mark “L”
NOTE: The ATV should be parked on
level ground, with the engine key switch
in the “OFF” position.
1. Check the oil level through the inspection
window.
2. The oil level should be between the
maximum “H” mark and minimum “L”
mark.
If the level is low, add specied oil to
raise it to the proper level.
Do not overll the engine with oil. Overlling the engine can cause oil leaks and/or oil
contamination of the air lter element. Always make sure the oil level is above the “L”
mark but not higher than the “F” mark.
CAUTION
Engine Oil and Oil Filter Change
NOTE: The ATV should be parked on level ground, with the engine key switch
in the “OFF” position.
1. Warm up the engine for several minutes and stop the engine.
2. Place a suitable drain pan under the engine.
3. Remove the oil ll cap (1) and the oil strainer cap (2) to drain the oil.

Ensure no foreign material enters the gear case.
