The optional touchpanel display (TDU) is a
touchpanel operating unit designed to attach
to the printer. Touchpanel keys can be used
to perform various operations without the
need for a computer connection.
For more information on attaching the
touchpanel display, refer to its Quick Setup
Guide.

1LCD
NOTE
A protective clear plastic sticker is placed over
the LCD during manufacturing and shipping.
This sticker should be removed prior to use.

Lift up the LCD and adjust it to an angle so
that the screen is visible. If the screen is dark
and hard to read, the backlight can be turned
on. For more information, see Specifying
Settings From the Touchpanel on page 67.

appears.
