Error Messages for Touchpanel Display (Optional) (TD-2125N/
2135N/2125NWB/2135NWB only) 7
If an error message appears on the LCD of the touchpanel display, check for a solution in the
following table.
To clear an error message perform the following steps:
If the STATUS indicator on the printer is flashing red, press the (Power) button once. If the
error is still not cleared, turn the printer off, then on again.
If the STATUS indicator on the printer is not flashing red, press any key on the touchpanel
once. If the error is still not cleared, turn the printer off, then on again.
If the error message is still showing after performing the procedures, contact Brother customer
service.
Error message Solution
Check Media! Check that the correct media and die-cut label size are installed.
Remove the Media Roll, and then reinstall it.

If the label peeler (optional) is being used, see Inserting the Media Roll
on page 86.
Make sure the media guides are touching the sides of the Media Roll.

Make sure there is enough Media Roll.
Close Cover! Check that the Media Roll compartment top cover is closed.
Communication
Error!
Check the template file is a BLF file and has your printer model in the file
name.
The wireless LAN or Bluetooth connection was interrupted.
Turn the printer off, and then on again.
Database Record
Problem!
No database has been specified to a one-touchpanel number. Specify a
correct number, see Selecting the Touchpanel on page 76.
The search for a template with a linked database failed.
No Template
Selected!
No template has been specified to a one-touchpanel number. Specify a
correct number, see Selecting the Touchpanel on page 76.
The specified template does not exist.
Setting Wireless
LAN Unsuccessful!
Try again
The access point could not be found.
An access point for establishing a connection could not be specified.
Memory Full! Make sure the tape is no longer than 1 m.
An error is indicated if data is transferred, causing the capacity of the user
storage area to be exceeded.
