Shots Resembling Miniature Models (Miniature
Effect)
Still Images
Movies
Creates the effect of a miniature model, by blurring image areas above
and below your selected area.

Choose [ ].
● A white frame is displayed, indicating the
image area that will not be blurred.

Choose the area to keep in focus.
● Press the button.
● To move the frame, press the
/
buttons.
● To move the AF point, press the
button
and then the / / / buttons.

Return to the shooting screen and
shoot.
● Press the button to return to the
shooting screen, and then shoot.
● To switch the orientation of the frame (from horizontal to vertical
or vice-versa), press the
/ buttons in step 2. You can move the
frame in vertical orientation by pressing the
/ buttons.
Shooting with a Toy Camera Effect (Toy Camera
Effect)

Movies
This effect makes images resemble shots from a toy camera, with
vignetting (darker, blurred image corners) and modied color overall.

Choose [ ].

Choose a color tone.
● Choose [Type of lter effect] and
congure the setting.
● A preview is shown of how your shot will
look with the effect applied.

Shoot.
Standard Shots resemble toy camera images.
Warm tone Images have a warmer tone than with [Standard].
Cool tone Images have a cooler tone than with [Standard].
