Non-modifiable parameter used to identify the software version installed on the controller. The least significant digit is used to identify functional variations that do not
imply changes to the parameter structure. The parameters can only be copied using the programming key between FCP controllers if the REL parameter has the
same value or differs only as regards the least significant digit (for example: the parameters can be copied between controllers with REL 12 and 14, while they
cannot be copied between controllers with REL 12 and 20).
