5. If you selected an activity that receives
GPS signals for measurement, press (A)
or (D).
This displays the measurement operation
ready screen.
6. Hold down (A) for at least two seconds.
This displays the activity measurement
setting screen.
Pointer
7. Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to
[AUTO PAUSE].
8. Press (C).
9. Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to
[ON] (enabled) or [OFF] (disabled).
10. Press (C) to complete the setting
operation.
After the setting operation is complete, a
check mark appears for a few seconds,
and then the activity measurement setting
screen re-appears.
11. Press (E) to exit the setting screen.
Note
●
While the setting is being configured,
the watch will exit the setting operation
automatically after about two or three
minutes of non-operation.
●
You can also use the CASIO
WATCHES phone app to enable or
disable Auto Pause.
Changing the GPS Receive
Interval
Use the procedure below to specify the
interval for receiving GPS signals and to
acquire location information during activity
measurement.
1. Display the current time screen.

2. Press (C).
This enters the Activity Mode.

4. Press (C).
This displays the GPS signal receive start
screen.
5. Press (A) or (D).
This displays the measurement operation
ready screen.
6. Hold down (A) for at least two seconds.
This displays the activity measurement
setting screen.

7. Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to
[GPS TRACKING].
8. Press (C).
9. Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to
[GPS].
10. Press (C).
11. Use (A) and (D) to select a GPS receive
interval.
[HIGH]
Receive interval: Every
second
Positioning accuracy: High
[NORMAL]
Receive interval: Every
second
Positioning accuracy: Lower
than [HIGH]
[LONG]
Receive interval: Every
minute
[OFF] GPS not used.
12. Press (C) to complete the setting
operation.
After the setting operation is complete, a
check mark appears for a few seconds,
and then the GPS setting screen re-
appears.
13. Press (E) twice to exit the setting screen.

While the setting is being configured,
the watch will exit the setting operation

You can also change the GPS receive
interval using the CASIO WATCHES
phone app.
●
With BIKING or OPEN WATER
SWIMMING, distance traveled is not
displayed in the measurement results
when the GPS reception interval is
[LONG] or [OFF].
