3. Preparation
(1) Connect loop back test connector to the I/F terminal on the rear panel.
(2) Connect a PC keyboard to Ext.KB which is located on the left side of the SA-5000/5100 and turn
the slide switch to “K” position.
(3) Connect two cash drawer units.
(4) Connect a customer display.
(5) Connect a CRT to Ext.VGA port.
(6) Set a control key on “0” position.
4. System tools
(1) Parallel port loop back plug (5) Magnetic card reader
• Connector: 25-pin D-sub, Male • Magnetic card
• Wiring: connect 1-13, 12-14, 11-17, 10-16, and 2-15 pins (6) Cash drawer interface
