Hold
Put Call on Hold and Resume a Call on Hold
Assume that
you are in a
call. Tap Hold.
Tap Resume to
go back to the
one you were in
call with (to undo
your action).
Putting someone on hold is typically
something you do as an initial step
when transferring someone to
another person, but it may also be
used when you need to consult a
person or as an alternative to muting
also including stopping the video
transmission.
