Removing the keyboard

Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the battery.
3 Remove the coin-cell battery.
4 Remove the wireless card.
5 Remove the display assembly.
6 Remove the I/O board.
7 Remove the power button with ngerprint reader. (if installed)
8 Remove the solid-state drive.
9 Remove the heat sink.
10 Remove the fan.
11 Remove the system board.
Procedure
1 Peel o the two adhesive tapes that secure the touchpad to the keyboard bracket.
2 Remove the 27 screws (M1.4x2) that secure the keyboard bracket and the keyboard to the palm-rest assembly.
3 Lift the keyboard bracket o the keyboard.
4 Remove the six screws (M1.2x1.5) that secure the keyboard to the palm-rest assembly.
5 Lift the keyboard o the palm-rest assembly.
