3.4 Installing the server and connecting the cables
This section describes the procedures for installing and cabling the server in a one-meter deep
Honeywell cabinet with model number MP-C1MCB1. This procedure assumes that a new one-meter
deep equipment cabinet, Honeywell model number MP-C1MCB1, was shipped from the Honeywell
factory with pre-assembled “Sliding Ready Rails”. The Sliding Ready Rails II kit and 1U Cable
Management Arm kit are included with the purchase of Honeywell part number 51155539-100 (Model
No. MZ-PCSV82).

3.4.1 Honeywell server back panel connections
The figure in this section illustrates the back panel of the server and identifies the connectors for all
devices. It also shows an LCNP4E card installed. Your configuration may not include these cards.
NOTE
The photo shows the MAU connector attached to the server back panel. The LCN MAU is not
used when the LCN is integrated with an ELCN.
