This menu item allows the installer or an engineer to enable and/or adjust specific
"smart inverter" (aka, CA Rule 21 or HECO functionality) grid parameters to
include low/high voltage ride-through(L/HVRT), low/high frequency ride-through
(L/HFRT), Soft start and ramp rates. Refer to Figure 4-13. Further details of this
functionality is provided in Appendix A and B.
