Main circuit
Check for any loose or missing
screws.
Tighten or replace the screws.
Check for any deformed, cracked, or
damaged machinery or insulation and
for any color change due to
overheating or ageing.
Check for any dust or dirt.
Main circuit terminals and wiring
Check for wiring color change or
deformation due to overheating.
Check for wiring insulation damage
or color change.
Main circuit terminal block
Main circuit filter capacity
Check for any leakage of liquid, color
change, cracking or deformation.
Check if the safety valve is not
removed or if the valve is obviously
expanded.
Measure static capacity when
required
Static capacity ≥ initial value X 0.85
Check for any peculiar odors or
insulation cracking due to
overheating.
Visual inspection, smell.
Check for any disconnections.
Check for damaged connections
Measure the resistor value with a
multi-meter
Main circuit transformer and reactor
Check for any abnormal vibrations or
peculiar odors.
Visual, auditory inspection and smell.
