TROUBLE SHOOTING
Each voltage check
1. Check 20V
X3 connector voltage check (1 or 2pin 20V±5%)
Is the voltage in the spec?
Start (MAIN PWB)
Finish
Check the power module.Is there 20V output?
NO
YES
2. Check 12V
U2 input voltage check (7pin) , spec 20V±5%
Is the voltage in the spec?
U2 output enable (2pin) H?
U2(1pin): PWM waveform do not have a problem?
12V output voltage check (R14, R16, R17), spec. 12V±10%
Is the voltage in the spec?
Start (MAIN PWB)
Finish
1. Soldering check of (R11, R12, R15, C14, C15)
2. After release (R11, R12, R15), conduct check of (C14,
C15)
3. Replace (R11, R12, R15)
4. Return to Check "12V"
1. Soldering check of (R13, R20, C17)
1. Replace (R13→R20→ C17→U2)
1. Soldering check of (U2, C13, C18, C19, C20)
2. After release (R14, R16, R17), conduction check of (C18,
C19, C20)
3. Replace (U2→ D1→L6)
1. Soldering check of (R19, R23, D8, C13, L5)
2. Replace (C13→D8→L5)
