The MicroTubes intake/discharge
could not be correctly moved during
the self-test
Make sure that the wells/doors
for MicroTubes are not blocked;
re-start the device and carry out
the process once again

The pneumatics system could not
generate the necessary mass flow
during the self-test
make sure that the gas outlet is
not sealed (e.g. by fingers, con-
tamination)

Check whether the Micro-
Tubes were inserted far
enough into the X-act
7000 for them to be cap-
tured by the automatic
intake; if necessary, push
the MicroTubes in a bit
faster and with slightly
more pressure; if no mea-
surement is intended,
remove the MicroTubes
from the immediate vicinity
of the X-act 7000
