Range Cylinder LAS/VAS Model Rebuild – In Chassis | Service Procedures TRSM0940
Range Cylinder Disassembly
1. Drain the air on truck before disconnecting the air sup-
ply line to the Air Filter Regulator.
2. Disc
onnect the air lines and mark lines that go to the
Range Cylinder low and high side fitting.
3. Remove the
Air Filter Regulator
4. Disconne
ct the Transmission Harness from the Range
Cylinder Actuator.
5. Remove
the 4 bolts that hold the range cover and
range cylinder to the auxiliary case. Remove the cover.
