WATER FILL Time-out
- The maximum duration of the water fill phase

- The time-out counter starts at the beginning

when the water level is reached (pressure
switch "full" 1 - 3) and remains in operation
until the subsequent drain phase.
- The time-out counter starts as soon as
the pressure switch is reset to "empty" (1 - 2)
and ends when the pressure switch returns
to "full" (1 - 3).
- If the time required for the pressure switch
to return to the "full" condition (1 - 3) is more
han 45 seconds, an alarm condition is generated.
