1.3 Connectors and Interfaces
1.3.a Power Connection
Note: When using an ergoline suction device it is convenient to connect the
unit’s power plug to one of the white outlets at the suction device. The
ergometer can then be turned on and off by using the main switch on the
suction device.
1.3.b Attaching a Pulse Meter, (e.g. Polar-Pacer)
Connect the Polar-Set’s receiver to the opto interface (J3). An
ear finger clip or the QRS-trigger of an ECG unit can also be
connected here.
1. Make sure that the power switch is in the
"off" (not depressed) position.
2. Connect the unit´s power plug to a 230V
outlet with the supplied power cord.
