Operation
6.4.3 Test End
End tests by performing the following:
Procedure:
1. Go to the Operation Mode Selection screen. Press either the OPER./START key on the operating panel
or the chamber operating status box on the screen.
2. Press the STOP button under Stop Operation.
3. Press the YES button on the confirmation message. The chamber will stop and will assume the standby
state.
YES button: Stops testing and returns the display to the original screen.
NO button: Cancels the command and returns the display to the original screen. The chamber’s
operating status does not change.
4. Press the POWER key.
5. If there are no plans to use the chamber for an extended period of time, set the main power breaker in
the OFF position.
