Daily Maintenance
Clean the blade and backstop before cleaving operation to prevent poor cleave
results.
Cleaning the Backstop
Wipe the backstop with a cotton swab dipped in 99% alcohol.
Cleaning the Cleaver Blade
Lightly wipe the sides of the cleaver blade with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
Be careful to avoid getting cut by the cleaver blade.
Re-attach the blade cover and the scale base.
