Maintenance Menu
Composition of Maintenance Menu
The cleaver provides the ability for users to perform routine maintenance. This section
describes how to use the maintenance menu to maintain your cleaver.
1. Press the DOWN key from the [READY] or [RESET] state to enter the main
menu.
2. Navigate to third and fourth tabs to display the [Maintenance Menu].
3. Select a function to perform by pressing the SET key.

Blade Adjustment
Performs the blade position adjustment.
Blade Replacement
This function is used
when replacing the cleaver
blade.
Fiber Holder Adapter Installation
This function is used to install the Fiber Holder Adapter.
Fiber Position Confirmation
This function is used to confirm the left and right clamp
alignment positions.

Blade Management
This function is used to both change the blade position
and confirm the cleave count at each blade position.
