Followtheseinstructionstocleanthedevicesandothernon-appliedpartsunless
thereareseparatepart-specicinstructions.Non-appliedpartsrefertothosepartsof
thesystemthatarenotindirectcontactwiththepatient.
1.Turnoffthepowertothedevice.
2.Disconnectthedevicefromthepowersupply.
3.RemovetherecorderandE-modulefrommonitor.
4.Removeallcablesandbattery.
5.Closebatterydoor.
6.Dampenasoftlint-freeclothwithoneofthepermitteddetergents.
7.Wringexcessliquidfromtheclothandwipetheexteriorsurface.Payspecial
attentiontohardtocleanareas,likegroovesandcrevices.
Anycontactofcleaningsolutionswithmetalpartsmaycausecorrosion.
Donotdamageorbendconnectorpinswhencleaningordrying.
Donotletuidpoolaroundconnectionpins.Ifthishappens,blotdrywithacotton
swaborsoftcloth.
8.Removeanysoilassoonaspossibleafterusebywipingthedevice.
9.Wipeoffthecleaningsolutionswithaclean,lightlymoistenedcloth.
Visuallyensurethatthedeviceisclean.Ifvisiblesoilremains,repeatcleaning
procedureuntilthedeviceisthoroughlyclean.
10.Drythoroughlywithadry,lint-freeclothandletairdryforatleast30minutes.
Dryingtimesmayvarybasedontheenvironmentalconditions.
11.Insertbatteryandclosethebatterydoor.
12.Reconnectthedevicetothepowersupply.
13.Reconnectallcables.
14.Turnonthepowertothedevice.
