4.9.4 Mixed operating mode
The working mode is idea for jobs that require constant draft but also require
that work depth does not exceed certain set levels.
Controls:
- P Is used to set the implement at the required height.
Pull lever A back to position 1 and turn potentiometer P until the implement
reaches the required position.
Turn it towards the minus (-) sign, the implement will lower or, turning it
towards the plus (+) the implement will raise. After regulating the position,
operate the lift with lever A. hen the lift lowers, the implement will be
positioned at the required height as long as the draft is less than the set
level.
- S Allows the draft to be set at tractor slip ceiling beyond the position set with
the controlled position setting.
After regulating the work position as described above, regulate draft by
turning potentiometer S to the point where the implement reaches the
required position but always within tractor ground holding performance. Turn
the potentiometer towards the plus (+) sign, draft decreases and work depth
is limited. Turn it towards the minus (-) sign, draft increases and work depth
is also increased. After regulating draft, operate the lift with lever A. When
the lift is lowered, the implement will be positioned at the required depth.
- A:
Position 0 - Lever in its middle position. The lift is in its neutral position. The
implement will hold at its current position.
Position 1 - Lever down. The implement will lower to the set work position
provided that the draft does not exceed the set level.
Position 2 - Lever forward. The implement will raise as long as the lever is
pushed forward. When the maximum height has been reached, a limit switch
will trip and stop the lift. When the lever is released it will automatically return
to its neutral position "0".
4.9.5 Lift safety locking device
During tractor on-road transfers, the hydraulic oil delivery line between the
tractor and the tractor can be closed by turning oil volume regulator 1, fig. 17
clockwise.
This will prevent the implement from accidentally dropping during tractor on-road
(and other) transfers.
