Repair
Replace Motor
Control Module (MCM)
1. Perform Shutdown, page 50.
2. Disconnect connectors from MCM (63).
Disconnect two power cables. See
Electrical Schematics, page 106.
3. Remove nuts (91) and MCM (63).
4. Set rotary switch. 2=E–30 and 3=E-XP2.
5. Replace MCM in enclosure.
6. Connect cables to MCM. See
Electrical Schematics, page 106.

cal enclosure door (61).
3. Disconnect a
ll connectors from the TCM (453).
4. Remove four
nuts (461) and TCM (453).
5. Install new
TCM module (453). Reassemble
parts in rev
erse order.
6. Update soft
ware by inserting an upgrade token
into the AD
M and cycling system power. Wait
until the u
pdate is complete before removing the
token and r
estarting the system.
