IMPORTANT: After tightening bolt, tire should
not have any side-to-side play. Tighten bolt
until there is a slight amount of drag on the
wheel bearing. The wheel should not spin
freely.
ELECTRICAL SERVICE

Access Electrical Components
1. Remove hardware on top of control panel
and slowly open control box.
Replace Fuse
NOTICE: To avoid damaging the circuit,
replace fuses with fuses of the same
amperage rating. Determine the cause of
electrical failure and repair before replacing
failed electrical components.
1. Remove defective fuse.
2. Determine cause of fuse failure and
repair condition.
3. Install new fuse.
Replace Relay
NOTICE: Relays are interchangeable. Use
only quality replacement parts. See Service
Parts on page 20.
1. Remove defective relay.
2. Determine cause of relay failure and
repair condition.
3. Install new relay.
ADJUST NEUTRAL SWITCHES
If the neutral switch does not engage when
the drive system is in neutral, the neutral
switch may need adjustment.
1. Place unit in service position. See
Service Position on page 18.
2. Loosen hardware retaining neutral
switches.
IMPORTANT: Make sure drive control grip is
in the neutral position.
3. Reposition switches so the roller is
positioned directly against the steering
weldment tab. Tighten hardware. See
Figure 30.
