Assembly and Disassembly of the Fan Motor
Note: Be sure to cut off the power supply before the assembly and disassembly.
Steps Graphic Representation Instructions
1. Disconnect the
power cord of the
motor
unit, remove the electric box cover with
a screwdriver, and then disconnect
the wire of the motor from the wiring
terminal inside the electric box.
2. Remove the return
air cover plate.

3. Remove the Rear
Volute Casing.
rear and Front Volute Casing,
and then remove the rear one.
4. Remove the Front
Volute Casing.
Volute Casing and remove it.
5. Loosen screws.
the fan blades and undo
the clasp on the motor.
6. Remove the motor
7. Replace the motor
and take a power-on test.
