10.5 Configuring Security Service Settings
Steps:
1. Enter the Security Service interface:
Configuration> Advanced Configuration> Security > Security Service

2. Check the checkbox to enable the corresponding function.
Enable Telnet: Telnet is a network protocol used on the Internet or local area
networks to provide a bidirectional interactive text-oriented communication
facility using a virtual terminal connection.
Enable SSH: Enabling SSH (Secure Shell) function is to encrypt and compress the
data and to reduce the transmission time.
10.6 Viewing Device Information
Enter the Device Information interface:
Configuration > Basic Configuration> System > Device Information
Or Configuration > Advanced Configuration> System > Device Information
In the Device Information interface, you can edit the Device Name.
Other information of the network speed dome, such as Model, Device No., Serial No.,
Firmware Version, Encoding Version, Number of Channels, Number of HDDs, Number
of Alarm Input and Number of Alarm Output are displayed. The information cannot
be changed in this menu. It is the reference for maintenance or modification in
