It stands for maximum transmission unit. It is the size of the largest protocol data unit that
can be communicated in a single network layer transacon.
The valid value range of MTU is 1280 to 1500.
Mulcast
Mulcast is group communicaon where data transmission is addressed to a group of
desnaon devices simultaneously. Aer seng the IP address of the mulcast host, you can
send the source data
eciently to mulple receivers.
Router
Enter Route Address and Subnet Mask if the device is connected to a router.
DNS
It stands for domain name server. It is required if you need to visit the device with domain
name. And it is also required for some applicaons (e.g., sending email). Set Preferred DNS
Address properly if needed.

7.2 Set DDNS
You can use the Dynamic DNS (DDNS) for network access. The dynamic IP address of the device can
be mapped to a domain name resoluon server to realize the network access via domain name.
Before You Start
Register the domain name on the DDNS server.
Set the LAN IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS server parameters. Refer to "Set IP
Address" for details.
Complete port mapping. The default port is 80, 8000, and 554.
