Remote Control Box
STARTING THE ENGINE WITH REMOTE CONTROL
1. Turn the fuel valve on the generator to the ON position.
2. Turn the Auto Throttle switch on the generator to the OFF position.
3. Turn the engine switch on the generator to the ON position.
4. Turn the MAIN switch of the remote control to the ON position.
5. Press the ENGINE START button for three seconds. As soon as the engine
starts, the starter will stop automatically.
The pilot lamp comes on when the engine starts.
STOPPING THE ENGINE WITH REMOTE CONTROL
1. Turn off or disconnect all appliances or devices that are connected to the
receptacles.
2. Turn the MAIN switch of the remote control to the OFF position.
3. Turn the engine switch on the generator to the OFF position.
4. Turn the fuel valve lever on the generator to the OFF position.
When the remote control is connected, turn the MAIN switch on remote control to
the ON position. If the MAIN switch on remote control is in the OFF position, using
the engine switch on the generator will crank the engine, but the engine will not
start.
