1 Drive handle • Pull the open handle to remove a drive.
• Close the handle to fully seat and lock a drive into place.
2 Handle release button Releases the drive handle for removal and insertion.
Fan numbering
The system supports up to seven non-hot-plug, dual-rotor fans.
• Fans 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7 are default fans for basic cooling.
• Fans 3 and 5 are optional fans for high performance cooling.
Redundant fan is supported in both basic and high performance cooling setups.
