11.4.7 Conference Control Page
The conference control page of the TE30 web interface is a user-friendly page on which you can
perform conference control functions, select a site group, and sort the sites.
CAUTION
This section does not apply if the TE30 is connected to an IMS network and the conference is
managed by the portal provided by the IMS.
Template for Viewing Sites in Turn
You can preset and save a site viewing order in a template. Then, you can conveniently view
the sites in this order without any additional configurations.
To configure a template to view sites in turn, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Log in to the TE30 web interface. Obtain the chair control rights and choose Conference >
Conference Control.
The conference control page for the chair site is displayed.
Step 2 Enable View in Turn and set the site viewing order.

To view the sites in the order saved in a template, click Use Template and select the desired
template from the drop-down list box.
Site Template
A site template helps you easily group sites based on their regions and types. In this template,
sites are identified by name.
To configure a site template, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Choose Address Book > Site Template.
The page for defining a site template is displayed.
Step 2 Create a site template, add groups to the template, and add sites to the groups.
Step 3 Click Save.
Once saved, a site template is displayed under Template Name.
When one of the sites in the site template is in a conference, the site template name is listed in
the
drop-down list box on the Conference Control page.

Video Monitoring
On the conference control page for the chair site, you can view the video and presentation of a
remote site. You can also adjust the sizes of the video and presentation. In this way, you can
monitor the status and video quality of the remote site.
