I STOP
[comment]
STOP
The STOP statement allows you
to
terminate program execution. The syntax
of
the STOP statement
is
as shown:
STOP
[comment]
where:
comment
is
one or more characters.
When
a STOP statement
is
encountered during execution of a program, it causes
all
open files
to
be
closed and it terminates processing. The actions of
the
STOP state-
ment are identical
to
those
of
the
END
statement.

STOP
A STOP statement can appear anywhere
in
a
BASIC
program.
