Load source device not responding.
The load source device did not
respond to the first storage IOA when
queried. The load source device may
not be powered on or connected
correctly. Check the cabling for the
load source device, or replace the
load source device.
Note that the DSA and load source
address in IIIIIIII (word 7) and
DDDDDDDD (word 8) of the SRC
reflect only the device address
searched, which may normally not
have a device attached. However, all
valid load source addresses were
searched before the SRC was
displayed.
If this is a D mode IPL and a device
is present but with no media installed,
this SRC could mask the expected
4607 refcode and 2127 extended
refcode. Make sure the alternate
device has media installed before
trying anything else.
212D ********
Bad error log data format.
The load source IOP encountered an
error and built an error log entry. The
service processor retrieved the error
log data but it was in an incorrect
format. Replace the load source IOP.
214x ********
Load source IOP time out.
The load source IOP did not respond
in time to a command from the
service processor. Replace the load
source IOP.
2150 ********
Load source IOA found.
The IOP at the DSA in IIIIIIII (word 7)
did not find a storage IOA on Bus 1.
Reseat or replace the storage IOA.
