There is a mismatch between the processor card and the capacity card. This is most often caused by not
replacing the processor card and the capacity card as a set. They are designed to be ordered and
replaced together. If just one was recently replaced due to a hardware failure or processor upgrade,
replace the other associated card. Use the information given below to find the correlation between an error
and possible solution.
See Locations - Models 870 and 890 with an FC 9094 Base I/O Tower
v For errors of the form B4xx xC10, the processor in location M21 is not the type expected by the
capacity card.
v For errors of the form B4xx xC11, the processor in location M11 is not the type expected by the
capacity card.
v For errors of the form B4xx xC12, the processor in location M16 is not the type expected by the
capacity card.
v For errors of the form B4xx xC13, the processor in location M14 is not the type expected by the
capacity card.
This ends the procedure.
