Fault Diagnosis
Engine is Difficult to Start:
Fault Phenomenon and Reason
The starter
doesn't rotate
1. Battery doesn't rotate.
2. Electric circuit is broken.
1. Ignition timing is incorrect.
3. Bad ground wire connection
4. Spark plug has improper clearance or burned out.
5. Electric ignition system has fault.
1. Gasoline pump supplies insufficient oil.
2. Gasoline hose and gasoline filter are blocked.
Cylinder

1. Cylinder cushion has crack.
2. Valve clearance is improperly adjusted or damaged.
Adjust, repair or
replace
3. Intake manifold is loose, or there is air flowing into it.

1. Inspect whether valve, spark plug,
cylinder cushion have leakage;
2 cylinder grinding

Check air exhaust system and clear carbon
deposition
Spark plug clearance is improper or
