34-9 Performing thread clamp motor/origin sensor check
① Display the thread clamp motor/origin sensor
check screen.
When THREAD CLAMP MOTOR/ORIGIN
SENSOR CHECK button
(A) in the check
program screen is pressed, the thread clamp
motor/origin sensor check screen is displayed.

Perform thread clamp motor/origin sensor check.
Perform the origin retrieval of the thread clamp
motor with the start switch.
ON/OFF status of the thread clamp sensor is
displayed at the position of (B) according to the
status of the thread clamp sensor.
ON/OFF status of origin sensor is displayed at the
position of (C) according to the status of thread
clamp origin sensor.
Thread clamp motor is driven by one pulse at a
time with - and + buttons
(D and E).
In addition, when NORMAL POSITION TRAVEL
button
(J) is pressed, thread clamp motor
is driven to the normal positions below and the
pictograph showing the position changes the
color.
F : Waiting position (front)
G : Thread bend position
H : Thread clamp position
I : Retracted position (rear side)
(Caution) The positions above are effective
after performing origin retrieval of
thread clamp motor with the start
switch.
