8-5. Custom pattern
Free needle entry position can be specied and optional zigzag
pattern can be created.
As many as 20 patterns can be created and as many as 500
stitches of each pattern can be inputted.
* This operation is to be carried out under the maintenance
personnel mode.
8-5-1. Selecting the custom pattern
Use the custom pattern which has been made.
Displaying the custom pattern setting screen
1) Press
on the sewing screen under
the maintenance personnel mode.
The "Sewing shape selection screen" is dis-
played.
1. With some combinations of stitch length, direction
of feed and sewing speed, the sewing machine may
fail to nish a sewing pattern exactly according to
the settings.
2. Needle cannot be entered to the same needle entry
point when the stitch length is set to 0.0 mm.
3. There are cases where the sewing shapes are not
stabilized in case of the patterns which frequently
repeat normal and reverse feed stitching. Use the
machine at the sewing speed of approximately 2,000
sti/min.
4. There are cases where the value inputted to the
operation panel and the actual stitch length are dif-
ferent from each other due to materials and gauges.
Perform compensation of the stitch length in accor-
dance with the sewing products.

2) If there are registered custom patterns,
will be displayed.

is pressed, the "Custom pat-
tern setting screen" is displayed.
