Continuity test connections
When the current pin is pin 3, the row pair is C and D (the following Figure shows the connections):

SMU matrix test
The SMU matrix test uses the first matrix pin of the Series 2600A instrument that is under test. The
remaining SMUs will be looped to test with the first SMU. The test is executed using the same method
as the pin test and the test results will display in the ACS GUI test log and in the diagnostic report.
SMU matrix test flow
Pin 1 and adjacent pairs of rows are used to connect one SMU to another. The test repeats until all
SMUs and the GNDU are tested.
If the Model 2410 SMU is tested, only use rows A and B.

For example, if the test support SMU is SMU3, and row pair is (C, D) are used, the connections are
indicated in the next Figure:
