– Check the wheel bearing for damage and wear.
» If the wheel bearing is damaged or worn:
– Change the rear wheel bearing.

Clean and grease shaft seal ring

– Insert the spacer.
– Clean and grease the thread of the wheel spindle and nut.

– Install the rubber dampers and rear sprocket carrier on the rear wheel.
– Place the rear wheel in the swingarm and bring the brake disc into contact with the
brake caliper.

Mount wheel spindle

but do not push it in all the way.
– Push the rear wheel forward as far as possible and lay the chain on the rear sprocket.
