– Measure the entire spring pack when it is unloaded.

Spring preload  is the difference in length between the spring pack when it is
unloaded and when it is installed.
– Tighten the spring pack by turning the adjusting ring to the specified setting.

Spring preload
Comfort 3 mm
Standard 5 mm
Sport 5 mm
– Tighten the lock ring and the adjusting ring.
Info
If you increase the spring preload, you should also slightly increase the rebound
damping.
