23ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
BAuxiliary Step
C Tools required
Socket (12 mm) with ratchet wrench or impact wrench.
1. Prepare the flange bolts (2) from the paper bag.
2. Attach the auxiliary step LH (1).
BFront Axle
To avoid personal injury:
A After attaching the jig bumper to the front axle
frame, lift the jig bumper with belt sling (over 2
tons capacity).
A Hang the belt on the center of the jig bumper to
balance the tractor.
A Use the hoist for over 2 tons (4000 lbs)
capacity.
A Place the safety stands (over 2 tons capacity)
under the rear axle cases after lifting the
tractor.
A Make sure to place the safety stands under the
rear axle cases before starting next jobs.
C Tools required
Spanner (17 mm) Socket (14 mm, 17 mm and 19 mm)
with ratchet wrench or impact wrench and torque wrench,
belt sling, safety stands.
Please prepare the stud bolts (M14 x 1.5) or guides.
1. Removing the bolt (1) and the retainer (2).
2. Cutting the wire of the front axle case both sides.
