39ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CHECK LIST FOR INSPECTION AFTER ASSEMBLY

Classification Inspection items Result
Assembly 1. Check for proper tightening of the steering wheel.
2. Check for proper tightening of front wheels.
3. Check for proper tightening of rear wheel rim and disk mounting bolts and nuts.
4. Check that right and left tires are fitted on the right and left sides respectively.
5. Check that ROPS is firmly tightened.
6. Check that lower link's pivot pin bolts is tightened.
7. Check for the bevel gear case RH (oil leak, tightened and split pin is bended).
8. Check for missing parts and bolts of other parts left untightened.
9. Check for proper tightening of the right tie rod.
10. Check that the split pin of the right tie rod is set as shown in page 27.
Lubricants 1. Check for proper amount of front axle oil.
2. Check for proper amount of engine oil.
3. Check for proper amount of transmission oil.
4. Check the fuel filter cock.
Cooling water 1. Check for proper amount of water in cooling system.
Electrical parts 1. Check the headlamps.
2. Check the hazard lamps or turn signal lamps.
3. Check that the tail lamps turn on with the headlamps.
4. Check the instrument panel, hour meter, tachometer, fuel gauge and coolant temperature gauge.
5. Check the battery cord's connection.
Operation 1. Check that the engine will not start when shifting the range gearshift lever and PTO gearshift lever.
Engine will start only range gearshift lever is in the "Neutral" position and PTO lever is in the "Neutral"
position.
2. Check that the shift levers operate smoothly.
3. Check for smooth operation of the PTO lever.
4. Check for the brake function, and equal adjustment between brakes when locked together.
5. Check for the parking brake function.
6. Check for smooth operation of three-point hitch.
Check that the relief valve does not activate after moving the hydraulic lever to the highest position
(Engine speed: 2000 rpm). Lift arm free play at the highest position must be kept 10 to 15 mm (0.4 to
0.6 in.) at the end of lift arm.
7. Check for smooth operation of steering system.
8. Check for engine stop with the main switch key.
Others 1. Check for leakage of oil, water and fuel.
2. Check for inflation pressure of tires.
3. Check that a complete set of accessories such as operator's manual and switch keys are delivered.
4. Check for damages to the hood, fenders and other covers.
5. Explain and supply operator's manual to the customer at time of delivery.
